Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: January 2, 2026

This page describes how California residents can exercise the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Our current position

NanoQuote does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the CPRA.

We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics and do not run third-party advertising cookies. For details on what we collect and how we use it, see our Privacy Policy.

How to submit an opt-out request

Even though we do not sell or share personal information today, you can still contact us to record an opt-out preference.

Email: privacy@nanoquote.app

Subject: “Do Not Sell or Share”

Include: your name, the email address associated with your NanoQuote account (if applicable), and a brief request.

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf; we will request proof of authorization and may still verify directly with you.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If we ever engage in “selling” or “sharing” covered by the CPRA, we will treat the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out preference where required.

Other California privacy rights

California residents may also have rights to know/access, delete, and correct personal information, and to limit the use and disclosure of sensitive personal information (as applicable). We describe these rights and how to exercise them in our Privacy Policy.
