Small cutting shops: quote CAD files in under a minute —before the job goes elsewhere.
Get prices out of your head and into your customer's inbox without fighting an ERP.
NanoQuote reads DXF and STEP files for laser, plasma, waterjet, and tube work, then applies your material, machine, labor, and service rates.
Built for 2D-profile cutting shops—not CAM software or 3D machining cycle-time estimates.

See a real quote flow end-to-end.
Upload a CAD file, set material and process, generate a customer-ready quote, and keep everything organized.
The job-winning moment
Go from quote_final_v7.xlsx to a customer-ready quote link.
The goal is not another dashboard. It is getting a clear price in front of the customer before a faster shop does.

Measure geometry, chase formulas, and hope the job is still open.

Send one clean link the customer can approve, decline, or print.
Do the three quoting jobs that protect your time and margin.
Get the price out fast, charge for the material you will use, and keep every estimator on the same rates.
Get the quote out before the job goes elsewhere
Upload DXF or STEP, use rates you set once, and send the customer a quote link while the job is still yours to win.

Price the billable sheets shown in the nesting preview instead of trusting part area or a hand-built spreadsheet.
Read solutionUse the same shop rates on every quote
Keep machine, material, labor, and service rates in one place so the price does not depend on who opens the file.

Common questions.
DXF and STEP files. We extract path data, dimensions, and cut lengths automatically. For STEP files, we detect flat sheet metal parts and extract cutting profiles. Upload your CAD files and get instant analysis.
Accuracy depends on the shop rates you enter. Configure your actual machine speeds, material prices, labor, and services; then record actual material and machine time after a job. The accuracy dashboard shows where estimates drift so you can tighten the next quote. NanoQuote does not promise a fixed accuracy percentage.
Nothing is blocked. Lite includes 25 quotes per month, then costs $0.75 per additional quote. Pro includes 100, then costs $0.50 per additional quote. Unlimited has no per-quote overage. The pricing page shows the allowance and overage beside every plan before you sign up.
No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. If you exceed Lite or Pro's included quote allowance, the published per-quote overage applies; there is no separate contract or sales call.
Yes. Every quote gets a unique shareable link. Customers see a clean, professional view of their quote - no account required.
No. NanoQuote is built for shops pricing 2D cutting profiles on laser, plasma, waterjet, and supported tube work. It is not CAM software and does not calculate 3D milling, turning, or machining cycle time.
Built by fabricators, for fabricators
We're not faceless devs.
We run a shop, just like you.
NanoQuote was born in our workshop at Live Oak Workshop in San Antonio, Texas. We cut parts on our 2kW fiber laser every day - from medieval armor to scientific prototypes.
We built NanoQuote because we needed it. Every other tool was either too expensive, too complicated, or trying to be an ERP system we didn't want.
So we built something simple. Something that just works.
